Beko wm does nothing but drain stuck in program.

Ok. Im aboard on holiday and we have a beko wm in two properties. They are both doing the same thing. In the winter its cold and damp here but strange they both doing the same thing this year.

From the left soap dispenser. Then spin and timer.
Next is lcd display then temp and start button followed by a selector and an on off switch.

Below lcd is prewash. Express. Plus rinse. Easy iron.

Dual pump machine a bit like lg.

On both machines i can select a wash and push start and pause but absolutely nothing happens.

If i hold the reset for 3 seconds it will just drain forever and never stop.

Any ideas people as i don’t want to buy two more machines if i can help it..
