The fuse for the oven has been triggered. If I try to switch it on the main fuse cuts out. The door on the left hand oven (with the Pyro) was accidentally allowed to slam shut a short while before – which I recall can cause damage.
    Help, please.

    Hi

We bought some parts from you last year – Order number 100030384 – but that does not show the version. Can you remind me where to find it, please?

It’s on the rating plate Richard, normally that’s in one of the oven door openings.

I wouldn’t have thought the door slamming would cause issue though, I could be wrong of course but not one I’ve heard of.

Can’t spot it – probably Man Looking as my wife says.
Certainly not overseas and pre 2010 – I’ve a feeling it’s the RIN – but I’ll get my son to check – he’s here next week.

I recall when we fitted the new hinges & runners to the left hand oven, there is an electrical connection to the back of the left hand runner, something to do with the door locking mechanism for the Pyro. If that wasn’t absolutely tight, I guess a knock could loosen it & cause a short – which would trip the fuse.

Worth taking the door off (growl) & checking ?
