Neff oven element and top plate falling down

Hi I’ve got a Neff B1421N2GB oven, and on the inside at the top there is the grill element, and above that sits some sort of metallic sheet. They are both sagging down into the oven space. There is a plate with a screw hole on the element, and a matching hole in the metallic sheet, BUT the long screw that passes through both seems to have bored out the hole, so I can’t get any purchase to keep it in, and hold up the element and the sheet to the oven ceiling. Does anyone have any advice?
