please please can someone help indesit idce845uk fault

I have a indesit idce845uk. When i switch it on all the lights flash green, except the 4th light (which has a bell sign above) which flashes red. The lights stop flashing but when i start the dryer off on a cycle, drum starts turning, it lasts approx 30sec then all lights start flashing again, the 4th light flashing red and displays f10 fault, i jave fitted new heating element and t/stats, cleaned out condensor, filter and water tray, still having the same problem. When f10 is displayed it will not let me knock the dryer off, only by the plug or by opening the dryer door. Please please please can someone help me
