BEKO DSFN 6839 W sticking in Programme at end

I have the above dishwasher which is comin to just a year old.

When turning the machine on programme 3 is displayed on the screen with the time and the little triangular arrow flashing. We can’t change the programme to another without holding the pause/start button which then goes to the last minute of the 3 programme. Then it allowes us to change the programme to another (usually 5, intensive wash which we choose).

Now I called BEKO for this problem only 2 weeks ago, they advised us to switch the machine off from the wall for so long (2 hours I think) which will reset the machine, but this didn’t work.

An engineer came out and said it was getting stuck in the 3 programme when its first switched on and ordered a new PCB which was changed.

It has worked for a couple of weeks, then last night it has started again, stuck in the 3 programme with 2:47 displayed and the arrow flashing. Having to hold the pause/start button to run a 1 minute cycle to swap it.

Any ideas please ? I found BEKO really awkward to deal with, so if it’s something I can sort out myself I’d rather do it.

We did extend the warranty, so have no problem using it if needs be.
