    any ideas on where I can get a heater for this. it is similar to those fitted to a bosch. ie plastic body with element inside.

    Part number 5045382229927 in stock at Connect. £46.43 to me + VAT. To get the full list just search “WV12” only – there’s quite a large amount of parts available for it.

    thanks for pointing me in the right direction. as it happens it turns out to be vestell part number 32004302.
    its available on 7 to 10 days from a site called chs for approx. £36 plus vat plus delivery.
