    water in base removed (No float switch) no display on PCB – replaced control board. All lighting up fine try to start programme selected but F2 occurs after a few seconds.

    Any ideas? there is NO float in base. I am not convinced of a flow meter problem because it doesn’t even start to fill. Am I missing a reset procedure perhaps? A bit stuck on this one!!!

    F2 or two times flashing.water leakage.maybe leakage on the sump,softener,regeneration dosage,tube.as per error codes.

    Check the diaphragm switch also it should pump for approx 60 ” when you first select a program. Make sure the pump is not jammed

    Diaphragm switch Grendal? Is that the hydrostat switch 481227128557 also listed as optical water indicator on connect.


    Customer has been on holiday so has now just come back to me !!!
