Baumatic Oven – Override Clock

Hullo, I have a Baumatic BO625SS I think, it has the two dials with the digital clock in the middle. Recently, all functions have stopped working except the clock, no fan, no heat, no light. I have read topics about overriding the clock, which I am keen to do, but I am a girl and need pictures. If I post a photo of the wiring next to the clock, would it be simple for a gal like me, with a connector block and small screw driver to follow instructions?

Happy to call in a spark if required, but I can put up shelves and everything so willing to have a go 😀
