The customer reports that the washing machine sticks on 6 minutes at the end of a program. This has been happening for some time. The customer contacted Samsung when it was under warrantee and they explained how to re calibrate the machine??? This worked for a while but he has to recalibrate after each wash. The time delay also fails to work, but not sure if the two faults are connected. Any pointers would be appreciated.
