CHECKED THE NTC AT BOTTOM HAD SCALE ON IT SO CLEANED IT UP TESTED IT FOR 15MINS EMPTY WORKED OK, SHE PUT A LOAD IN AFTER 10MINS E10 AGAIN! WOULD A FAULTY NTC AT THE BOTTOM CAUSE THAT?

It could simply be the inlet valve as the coil can act intermittently when it gets warm. Works OK cold then after a few minutes goes O/C. And unless the valve (or coil) are replaced you won’t know for sure.
