    Hello. 😀
    I have a Miele Super Novotronic Model W935 requiring new shock absorbers (I think).
    The units listed on this site (Part Number 2102799) do not have my machine model number listed against them 😕 but they do list the units as being a suitable alternative for my shock absorber part number ( Miele 2728661 or Stabilus 557579). 😕
    I also note that an alternative spare (Part No SL21) is listed with the same scenario as above but at half the price.
    Would anybody have any idea which might be suitable?

    Hi

    The part number is usually stamped on Miele parts to make identification easier.

    I have to ask……. How do the cheaper pair compare with the dearer Miele units? Sometimes these things are often made by the same company! 😯

    Miele only make parts for their own machines in their own factories they do not produce for anyone else. Who knows where the pattern ones are made. If you can afford the Miele ones that would be the way to go.

    I’ll order the originals then. Got to order motor brushes as well, there’s not much meat left on the originals.
