Qualtex in the Midlands

I had an email announcing that Qualtex is in the Midlands, Blackheath in the Black Country. Which explains the weird messages on the phone, one from Qualtex and later from Connect which was unusual to have two sales rep on the same day.

Seems strange to close the Brierley Hills depot the open a new one few miles down the road few years later. Maybe they have learnt their lessons on shutting down with no warning?

I shall pop by and see if they do offer free coffee for those exhausted engineers like they have at Screwfix and RS. They will be judged on the quality of coffee, so far RS is the best but Waitrose is even better. Sadly I took too many liberties with Waitrose that they has to close for good yesterday due to lack of customers buying those delicious cakes alongside with the free coffee.
