    Hi there, I cant figure out what the error message im receiving relates to. lights 5,7,8 flashing repeatedly…ive removed the pump and checked for blockages which is usually the problem, but this time. Anyone have any ideas?

    5,7, + 8.?????

    Only four lights used, the right hand column of lights/buttons.

    Possible you mean 1,3 + 4., which is F11, ‘pump cannot be activated’

    Will the pump run when set to spin, drain out all of the water, take out the filter and look inside to see if the impellor is going round.

    Many thanks for the swift response. Sorry I used the numbers 5-8 based on a previous post! Referring to the right hand side lights the error sequence has changed somewhat. Lights 1,2&4 are flashing and the machine is making quite a bit of noise. Sounds like the motor is stuttering and vibrating. Yesterday only lights 1&2 were flashing. The water has all been drained and there is nothing blocking the impellor. Any ideas?

    1,2 + 4 = F13.

    Drying NTC open/short circuit/fan motor jammed.

    1 + 2 is a communications error.
