    Hi all,
    When I stopped doing repaircare work we lost the access to Manusoft website. Can anyone let me know a generic username & password to gain access again please?
    It seems that connects part listings tend to be somewhat sketchy when looking for modules etc or anything serial number specific and its starting to cost us a fortune in incorrect parts sent

    Hi Dan, i don’t think there is a generic login, i tried the old login i had when i was a repaircare agent and it no longer works, so i think they change the password quite regularly

    I’ve got a username and password now – a kind account manager at connect got it for me.

    I just need Samsung and LG now! Any thoughts how I can get these?

    not sure about Lg but samsung is locked and triple locked
