Need some advice – I’m assuming that the light’s not coming on cos the bulb’s blown … First problem is I just can’t seem to get the cover off to check the bulb. Is there a particular technique?? I’ve been trying to slide it with no give at all.
Secondly, if it’s not the bulb, do I need to get an expert in? Am not DIY literate.

Re: Diplomat APM6852 Fridge Light Doesn’t Come On
The light cover just levers off with a flat screwdriver.
At the pointed end of the cover you push the screwdriver into the slot and lever it off.
If you find it difficult then at the wide end slide the screwdriver between the centre of the cover and housing then twist the screwdriver it should then come off as it should clear the two lugs on the cover.
It will most likely be the bulb, If not then it will require a new PCB / Module.
