    Hi

    I have to go to this job with an E09 error code, which I think is no heat. I have tried to look the part number up for a heat pump from the Neff site but have had no luck on this for some reason it wont give it up.
    Doe anyone have the part number on this, and is it likely to be a heat pump ? as I have not had too much experience in these yet

    00651956. Sounds like the heat pump but lots of info on here. Search heatpump of E09. It’s all there.

    Are the heat pumps interchangeable? This one was E09 and heater no circuit. Had a pump on the van as Connect were knocking them out for about £40.. Now it only heats up to about 35c? I have been back and fit new PCB as assumed heater may have damaged PCB as it did trip the fuse.

    Checked part number of pump fitted against parts list and they are different! Am i missing something or are Bosch just being uncts?

    I had one off these a few months ago that was only heating to about 35c.
    Changed the thermostat and away it went. Not heard anything since
