    Hello.
    My Kenwood KDW60X13 Dishwasher is intermittently giving a Flashing display and stops the wash programme. Its driving us bonkers! 👿

    Anybody any ideas please?

    Fault Found, took about an hour. 😀

    Remove front of door and remove control board and display and button assembly. Wire it up on bench and fit a 5.7 Kilo ohm resistor and two shorting links to replace the necessary flood and door sensors etc.

    Fault still apparent on bench but every so often the control panel would start working after a fashion, in that when opening door (remove shorting link), then the programme display would start counting by itself but after 5 or 10 mins into a simulated wash the display would start flashing again. :rolls:

    Programme counter rolling through programmes was the clue. Resistance meter showed 24 Kilo ohm across switch when NOT pressed. The 3 other buttons all showed open circuit of course. A quick shot of Servisol and some heat on switch legs and problem solved.

    Reassemble machine and all is well. Result! 😀
