SMEG PL 614 D/W

hi,

the above unit is not functioning properly

1/ detergent door does not open

2/ lights on fault codes are not listed in manual
the last 4 lights stay on not flashing

3/ by interrupting program unit can be made to step through each stage OK

ie start the unit water enters D/W but when it comes to pump out machine stops and the 4 lights illuminate
by holding down the pause/restart button water will pump out ok and when next cycle begins unit will continue until the next change in program again by holding down the pause /restart button pump starts and when finishes steps to next program sequence

any help is appreciated
