    Hi, can anyone help please. I have an ISE AW23 and when a wash is on I can hear a knock or as the Mrs says bang coming from it. There is no certain time in the wash cycle in which it happens and it does not sound like a bearing is failing. It normally happens on the wash cycle and not the spin cycle and could be one or two knocks together.

    Unplug and take the top off, have a look at the concrete weights on the front of the drum, they sometimes come adrift.
