    Sold one to a customer that is only 1 day old and machine stopped with the pre wash light flashing on the left hand side. so we swapped machine over and and the same happens again. i can not get it to do anything has anyone got any clues?

    Have you checked the plumbing to make sure water is getting in and out OK? It’s not the old trick of plugging the waste hose onto a sink trap fitting thats brand new and sealed at the end?

    can not get machine out of fault mode… just pre wash light flashing. plumbing is fine. need to get it back to normal wash mode………..

    I don’t wish to be negative but you’ll get little help from them I doubt, one of the reasons why we don’t sell low end products, the very fact that you’ve had to go to so much trouble over this will have wiped out any and more of any profit you would have made in the first place.

    And, yes I know, if you don’t sell them someone else will, let them 😉

    If prewash light on the left hand side is flashing this indicates that the child lock is activated. To deactivate press the second and fourth auxiliary function buttons for three seconds

    its the light on the right.
    they are a load of crap. no tec, 2-3 weeks for engineer
    they have had a zanussi 1255 now. three machines on a third floor flat with no lift two of them on my own and the 3rd time i stole the girl from the shop to help me.
    need a new job i think…
    or new boss
