    Hi all,
    Hotpoint WMD962 is giving intermittent error code F:05 shortly into the program, even when machine is empty. Seems to be at the pump-out stage.

    Have cleaned outlet hoses (pump input and output) and just replaced the pump assy. Pump works fine.

    Everything else looks good – drum turns freely, it has an induction motor, etc.

    Pressure switch issue?
    Is there any way to test the pressure switch?

    F05 is usually a blocked pump or drain time out error.

    The pressure switch, along with almost every other part of this Indesit machine has ‘issues’. 🙁

    Pressure switch is cheap enough to risk trying it.

    Thanks. Did a good clean out of the pipes at the weekend and replaced the pump today. Will give the switch a go.
