when you try to start any cycle the drain pump runs then stop then runs again and keeps doing this, i have changed the pump pcb motor and pressure switch as well as checking for blockages what else could this be?

Pretty sure that is the rare water inlet valve solenoid coil fault where the coil/one of the coils melts and then affects the pcboard causing pump running all the time. Have a look at one of the coils and see if there`s a swell/burn mark under the plastic covered inlet valve solenoid coils you might see it. Have to say this is a bit of a long shot but there`s not much left to try.
