neff microwave oven door spring come loose, does it hook on to the outer door frame? think there must be a bit broke off, customer wants it doing its not cheap so just checking its the frame as picture on connect doesn’t show inside frame

Hi, yes there is a small plastic pin that is part of the outer door that breaks off. The outer door will need replacing.
