    Hi

    Customer has given me model number WDW9640? Error is all 5 lights flashing, but looking at known error codes I can only see that 4 lights = F15 (dryer heater relay). 5th light is the child lock, so should this be discounted. Also if it is F15 best course of action to take?

    Back to the customer, no such model number?

    Edit, how can you see child lock if you haven’t seen the machine?

    Sorted now it was a WDUD9640P – error was heater relay. New board.
