New Benefit: Advanced Dispute Resolution

Sorry Lawrence or Bryan were going to post this but neither have had the time so it kinda landed with me to do.

We managed to secure a new benefit for members that you get for free. That’s correct, no additional cost at all and, if you were to do it on your own it’d cost you about £100 a year, more than your WTA fees.

What it does is allow us as well as you to claim that, as a WTA member, you comply with this within the scope of the new Consumer Rights Act.

This is good because a number of large retailers do not. You’re in front of many a household name here, including manufacturers.
