Hello all, not sure if anyone has any experience with this condenser tumble dryer. It has gotten very noisy, suspect the drum bearings are worn, want to order a new set but can’t seem to detach the old assembly from the drum, any ideas? Removed the 5 screws but it won’t budge, still attached the drum through back panel

To be honest i’ve done hundreds of these dryers, not had to fit “drum bearings” on any. Maybe you might take a look at the rollers that the drum sits on, they can become noisy. Blocked fan also caused severe noise during use.

Thanks for reply, it has solved the issue of noise replacing the bearing assembly but when I got to put the side panel back on (motor side) something is catching when I spin the drum. Any suggestions from when you have put them back together?

Perhaps drum is rubbing off side panel, they run very close & if there is a dent in it or drum running off they can rub off the side, or grit/debris on front bearing.
Which bearing assembly did you replace out of interest, front or rear?
Just in years of doing these and having done many hundred beko machines i’ve never had to change a rear bearing assy’ on a Beko tumble dryer.
