some of you may have noticed that Costco have been selling Hotpoint appliances. First I admit that it’s unlike them to sell it as they pride itself on quality, I wonder if Whirlpool have been pushing the Hotpoint through Costco as they usually sell Whirlpool appliances?
The guarantee on the appliances seems vague compared with televisions and the likes. Seems strange to pitch Hotpoint at a price dearer than Whirlpool. The dishwashers are becoming a clone of one another but priced differently. I think the washing machines looking very similar in terms of colour and style but I have yet to see the actual working of it.

Partfinder information suggests that the latest Hotpoint FDUD dishwashers and RPD washing machines I think you are referring to are still 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} Indesit design. I imagine some colourful discussions at the moment between the two Italian R&D teams no doubt under pressure to rationalise their product technologies over the next few years.
