    Hi,

    I have a Neff (or is that Naff !) K1514 built-in refrigerator. The fridge lost power last night, internal bulb doesn’t come on and internally it has now risen to room temperature. Therefore I can only assum that the power has gone.
    I have checked the mains supply and that is ok. I have not yet checked power into the fridge and don’t know if there are any internal fuses or trips.
    Does anyone have any views of what the problem might be and what to check out first ?

    Unlikely to be a component failure…there are no internal trips or fuses. I would suggest an electrician is required to comfirm the supply is good all the way to the mains terminal block on the appliance 😉

    Is there plenty ventilation at the back of the appliance.

    If not motor has probably cut out on thermals.
