    Hello,
My son was fiddling around with the emergency drain hose on our AEG Lavamat front loading washing machine. Model number L52810.

The hose sprung back into the machine, he says, and he had left the lid off!

I can’t access the hose now and I imagine water will spill out without the lid on it if I use the machine.

I tried unscrewing the part where the hose comes out at the front lower right hand side of the machine, but impossible.

Can anyone advise on how I can get the hose out again to get the lid back on it?..

    Many thanks,

    Mary

Fish it out with a long piece of wire perhaps.
If you are feeling strong tip appliance backwards and find the hose underneath.
Careful though as its quite heavy.

    Thank you!
I will try that. Good to know there might be a relatively easy solution.
