    This machine sticks on 10 mins. and eventually shows oob.Customer complaining it’s been like this for some time and has to constantly reset a wash before it will spin.Shocks don’t look too bad but drum does move about, tried moving what i assume is oob switch to stationary part of tub but fault still persists.Any ideas ?

    lg had known issues with 1443kd’s, we just had to replace one because cust was fed up with their cust service. They just assumed the poor spin performance that degraded over time was their fault in Yr3, but turns out lg were replacing modules with revised designs on the stealth, but as their machine only exhibited continual major spin issues end of yr4 they wouldnt touch it

    Thanks for that,new module listed at £116 retail so quite expensive !Probably worthwhile, IF it cures the problem.I have just replaced the rear shock and it does seem better so have left for customer to try that first.
