Firstly apologies for saving up these next few jobs and doing a mass post barrage… but ive got several irksome jobs…

Go to beko wm, pump impellor shot, replaced with gen beko pump (out of stk at time, had to wait 3wks) fitted, tested ok, left cust house. Get call next day that it wont start a program. Seems to be stuck on 15 mins drain cycle but wont start/cancel. Put it in diagnostics and it comes up with 0417. Completely baffling me and cust wont pay until its sorted…

Don’t think that’s a fault code, instead its just the number of the software thats on the p.c.b
Power off for a few hours normally resets them.
Would check the usual suspects, heater, brushes, conditioner valve, pressure vessel, drain hose isn’t syphoning etc, presuming its going till last 15mins’.

Diodes on them need changing if no motor action, its mounted down low on inner back panel.

spoke to cust today and she reckons spin wasnt an issue until we had looked at it. I cant see any way that changing the pump for identical part no’s could have caused it. In fact I think I smell a fishy odour now, when you mean diodes, do you mean that little black inverter box in the back ?
