acts like theres nothing wrong, will go thru a cycle perfect just wont heat up at all. checked heatpump and the heater isnt o/c machine is under 2 yrs but the bad install has voided its warranty. Is there anything im missing such as the mini pressure diaphram/microswitch the old bsh dishwashers used to have or is water level controlled purely by the flow impellor now?

as with all heater will still have a relay on the pcb

yeh nothing obvious at all, although i might pop back and give it a tap with a screwdriver butt and see if it heats up, at least then ill be more confident its that, but thatll be the icing on the cake for this job – owner before he rented it out screwed right thru the base tub of the polynox after trying to take the sump off to clear the pump, and overtightening the torx’s. cue lots of silicone full strip down and washers… 🙁
