the w/m powers up i can select program and the led move to show spin speed. start/ pause button flashes, when pressed nothing happens. i have changed door lock still wont start. i think pcb any help please.

Check that the control board has not broken from its fascia panel fixings? Sounds like heavy fisted operators have broken the fascia panel.
