Hello all,
I have a SMEG DI612CA which is playing up. When I open the door after the cycle has finished I get ten beeps and the bottom of the dishwasher is full of water like it hasn’t drained. Mostly the water is discoloured so the rinse has used this water leaving the items feeling slimey.
I took the waste pipe off and put it in a bucket to see what happened, started the cycle, the water drained fully then refilled to run the cycle. After ten minutes it drained again then after ten minutes it had finished. At the end however it still didn’t drain the water out so the bottom of the machine was still full.
Any ideas please as I don’t really need a new dishwasher purchase this side of Christmas.
