    Hi again this one has had a new belt, heater and bearing pads in the last 3,weeks I used a spurious rear bearing shaft and it lasted 4,days I ordered a genuine hotpoint part and it lasted 3 weeks , has anyone had this happen thanks

    Well documented by many on here those cr&ppy shafts so you are not alone by any means.

    ive replaced dozens of em but none lasted just a few weeks !! no QC that day i reckon IRENE
