    Acquisition of The CDA Group Ltd

    We are pleased to announce that The CDA Group has been acquired by Amica Group Plc on November 30th 2015.

    Your existing CDA account will still carry the same terms and conditions and be cared for by the same people as before.

    Invoices and statements will continue as they always have been and payment terms continue as previously.

    In short, it’s business as usual for the CDA Group.

    does this mean that CDA engineers will now be doing the Amica under warranty repairs ?

    This is correct.

    At this point what will happen in regard to staff is unknown as the two are being run as separate businesses.

    Just to clarify if I sell an Amica machine I will not get the warranty work?

    For the foreseeable future nothing changes, all operates and will continue to operate as it does presently. There are no planned changes whatsoever to service arrangements.

    So, whatever happens now, will keep on happening.
