Bosch Dishwasher SMS40C12GB/18 E15 Error message

Hi,

On using the dishwasher today,an error message “E15” has come up on the display,i can hear the pump operating,even when i open the door,I’ve tried turning the power off and back on again it runs part way through the cycle and then throws up the code again.
I understand this is a code for a water leak into the sump cover, which has activated a switch via a float that throws up the error code.
I’ve tried tilting the machine through 45 deg to remove the water, to no avail.
How do i get access to the float and microswitch mechanism, and also remove any water on this machine??
