Samsung Washer/Dryer – Problem with Drain Tube

I have a Samsung WD806U4SA model washer dryer. Yesterday I had to clear a blockage in the debris the filter and typically this occurred while the machine was full of water 😡 so I had to use the drain tube to empty it. While emptying the bowl I was catching the water in I knocked the drain tube and it promptly fell back inside the machine. 😯 I cannot locate it at all through the small hole in the casing that it normally feeds through. Is there a straightforward way for me to access the interior of this part of the machine – or is this an engineer job? :rolls:
