    hi,calle d to above fridge freezer yesterday,fault was tripping rcd when left hand door was opened,frayed cable at door hinge was the fault,my question is what is this 3 core cable supplying,i disconnected it and the appliance seems to run fine,any help appreciated

    its a heater in the door joint I believe. Think its covered by a recall.
