    The oven model is a D800-1 mE , PNC 944 171 180, Year of Manufacture 2004
We have read all the other similar responses for the AEG ovens cutting out.
However we have noted that AEG have a list of error codes. The question then becomes – How do we activate the self test mode to display an error code that could assist with our problem diagnosis. It is believe that the error code could be F6 – which is suppose to related to the power board.
But confirmation is required as the second oven ( the top one ) works correctly while the main oven ( bottom one ) demonstrates the cutout problem.

Both ovens have individual thermal cutouts which switch the elements off if they get too hot. Possibly the one of these that controls the lower oven is faulty.

Unfortunately the part is listed as NLA (No longer available) on the Australian Electrolux website.
