    Hi,

I’ve got an Admiral GC2224GEKB side-by-side fridge freezer. I came home a couple of days ago and found that the fridge/freezer were powered down and the two cooling settings were displaying ( – ) ( – ) rather than ( 3 ) ( 3 ) as normal. I powered it off/on and it came back to life.

Fast forward to last night and I turned the ice maker on. An hour or so later I came into the kitchen to see a huge pool of water everywhere, as the ice maker was overfilling (it must have been trying to fill for 10 mins). I’ve turned off the water supply to the unit to temporarily stop the problem.

Is there anything I can do to try and fix this problem? I was going to power off the freezer today and let it defrost all day, in case there was an ice blockage somewhere (as when it powered off a few days before, lots of ice melted and refroze).

Your thoughts would be very welcome :).
