    Hi Folks,

It’s the type that pushes into the dispenser, but suppliers inc Hotpoint are unable to give me a correct part number. I have photos but can’t work out how to attach them. The terminals are approx 180 deg (probably more like 170/190 deg depending on which way round you go) from the outlets that plug into the dispenser. The terminals are the small pin type. Any help much appreciated.

    Hi Iadom,

Thanks for your help. This is the one I bought after discussions with Hotpoint but it is the wrong one. I should have mentioned that the outlets take the flow through ninety degrees, and that the inlet and outlets follow the same line.

Checked again and Partfinder is wrong. 😕

    Try QUAVAL 32 from Qualtex.

    Or look HERE

Hi iadom, Thanks for your suggestions, but unfortunately the terminals are in the wrong position and would foul the soap box. Thanks for trying but I think I’ll have to advise my customer to buy a new machine.

    Regards, Derek

The solenoids are easily moved to any position you want them.

Just ease them up slightly with a flat bladed screwdriver and turn them to the position you need. Or if needed you can remove the solenoid completely and turn it round ‘end to end’ to reposition it.

    Hi Iadom,

Never knew you could do that. Thanks for your help. Got it sorted just before Christmas but not had chance up until now, to thank you
