    Machine PWDE8147S
Any cycle will not move to 2nd cycle but drains at end of 1st cycle.and eventually errors on F02
    Occasionally will show error H20
Drum turns for 15 seconds every 4 minutes in bursts of 5 seconds clockwise then 5 seconds anticlockwise.
Motor seems to have just one speed. It is a brushless motor.
If it is put on spin only then same symptoms .
If put on dry only completes the cycle without an error but drum rotating as above.
I have tried out following tests.
Water inlet solenoid 3 solenoids electrically test ok on a resistance test
Tacho generator tested out of circuit 150 ohms so Ok.
Motor bench tested by spinning shaft and multimeter registered an increase in volts proportional to speed.
    My conclusions
It is motor or more likely Motor control/PCB whatever you wish to call it.
Because it exhibited same faults in dryer mode then the only common components are the motor and the PCB module.
Any help would be most appreciated as the Missus is getting on my nerves now.

F02 is a motor/pcb fault or due to bad connections between motor and pcb.

With that model number it should be under the five year parts warranty so it would cost you less to let Hotpoint/Indesit/Whirlpool fix it for their fixed ( high ) labour charge. You will be unable to fix motor or module yourself for less.
