    The drum bearing on my zanussi sounds as if it has failed – very noisy washing and especially spinning. 🙁

    Can you get replacement bearings and is it practical to fit them yourself? The machine is less than 5 years old; seems a shame to have to replace it!

    Yes bearing are replaceable but it’s not an easy or quick job to be doing by any stretch and it does involve an almost total stripdown of the machine to get to them.
