Help! I’m in a rented house, about to cook Christmas dinner in old dual-fuel Elba C96DF cooker. Unfortunately the cooker is so old that all of the lettering has worn off the dials. There’s a dial that says “Oven” and a dial that says “temp” but nothing else can be deciphered.
Any one know how I can download an Elba instruction manual in the next 24 hours? Have a photo of the front of an Elba C96DF cooker? Know how the knobs work?
I’ve got a meat thermometer, and will try to find an oven thermometer today, so it doesn’t have to be exactly right, I just need to figure out more or less how to set it to a medium-hot oven.

cant find a picture of the unit but
the oven dial selects the oven type or elements used
one of these position or 2 will act as an oven
poss selections are
lamp only
fan oven
grill ( may have 2 posions for full and half grillif oven is a convection oven there will be a posion to turn just lower element on.
if you get the convection mode both upper and lower elements need to be on
the other knob just controls heat
