    Hoover DYSN7154D8/1-80 slim depth washer. 3100604514283209.

    Control panel PCB is either dead or showing random symbols. Even shows the frazzled display even when the knob is in the ‘Off’ position.Tried switch cleaner on the rotary selector and no real difference. The programs seem to select albeit they take 3 seconds to realise they have been selected; when you can get it to work it fills, turns and pumps so that all works. Other times the display is blank and the machine is lifeless.
    Checked everything, meggered everything……. all OK. I suspect the rotary selector switch but as it is wired only to the control panel PCB I am not quite sure how or if this can affect the programming of the machine.

    And to top it all, can’t find the model on Connections, Mediator or Qualtex!! Great!

    Any help (and part numbers) would be gratefully received.

    ring Qualtex with the 3100 number they should be able to sort it. best to anyhow as there may be more than one
