    Hi
    Can anyone give me some advice please on my newly purchased Bosch class ixx 6, 12000 Express Washing Machine which up until recently has been working fine. Today I did everything I would normally do and see that the digital display is saying 0 and a key sign is showing hence I can not get it to work.

    Any help would be much appreciated, thank you,

    its a child lock think you hold the start button for about ten sec to release if not find your owners book
