    The brand is Hoover and the model appears to be WDYNS D (Dynamic 6+5).
    Basically the entire unit doesn’t get warm. The water is cold when it washes and it doesn’t dry the washing when it is set to dry mode. I think it might be the heater element that has broken, but maybe the thermostat too. not sure! Any ideas folks please?

    1 there are 2 heaters so you will prob have 2 faults

    also you can check the heaters with a multimeter both should be under 100 ohms
