hi all been out to see this one , it runs for 10 mins and stops with the condensor led lit , i notice also its not that hot inside , i checked condensor but i couldnt remove it ? , also looked the pump in the baser and cleaned it out and ran some hot water through it any other ideas thanks kieran enr; WTW84560gb/09

Isn’t the WTW model a heat pump dryer ? If it is then they don’t get particularly hot anyways. The quick way to clean out the sump/drain pump area is to remove the pump itself then squirt lots of hot water back into the sump area before syringing out. Best to keep going until the water comes back out clear. Its not always successful but an easier attempt than the strip down sometimes required.

Yeah that’s the one no element just a big fridge compressor like heat exchanger , I did that mate used hot water , I read somewhere vinegar could be used to clean it out
