hi all been out to see this one , it runs for 10 mins and stops with the condensor led lit , i notice also its not that hot inside , i checked condensor but i couldnt remove it ? , also looked the pump in the baser and cleaned it out and ran some hot water through it any other ideas thanks kieran enr; WTW84560gb/09

are you running it on a timed or auto programme
dont forget some dryers need damp clothes to turn on the heat and stop if nothing is detected

I tried it on all programs , had 2,very damp towels in there

have you checked the heater had some bosch heaters block with fluff and not heat well

Isn’t the WTW model a heat pump dryer ? If it is then they don’t get particularly hot anyways. The quick way to clean out the sump/drain pump area is to remove the pump itself then squirt lots of hot water back into the sump area before syringing out. Best to keep going until the water comes back out clear. Its not always successful but an easier attempt than the strip down sometimes required.
