Hello,
After emptying my Indesit washer dryer (model WID126) today I attempted to spin the drum slightly by hand as I would normally do to check for clothes being stuck where I couldn’t see them and found that the drum didn’t spin and instead clunked loudly.
I couldn’t work out what was causing the clunking so disconnected the unit and opened it up. I found that there appears to be a part which is catching on the drum however I can’t see what it is as its inside what looks like the return for the dryer air. I can however see the end of a bolt which is moving as I turn the drum back and forth.
Here’s a video to demonstrate:

Could anyone advise what’s caused this, if it’s in easy fix and what it might cost to repair?
Thanks in advance,
Ben
